Over the years, I’ve handled executive relocations, luxury property sales and acquisitions, and high-end rentals. Today, most of my work comes from returning clients and referrals, and I work exclusively on an exclusive representation basis.
I also share what I’ve learned along the way. For years, I’ve been helping new agents find their place in the premium market, building training and onboarding programs that give them a solid foundation, a strong start, and room to grow.
I was also a co-founder of Q-Estate, a boutique real estate agency that, within just one year, became one of the recognized names in Warsaw’s premium market.
But my professional story didn’t start in real estate.
I began my career in advertising and later moved into PR for a major Polish company. That’s where I learned to look at a product through the lens of strategy, communication, brand, and — most importantly — the person on the other side.
When I eventually found my way into real estate, it quickly became much more than a job. I simply fell in love with it.
From the very beginning, one thing mattered to me most: quality. The quality of the work I do with a property and, just as importantly, the way I take care of the people who trust me with it.
Professionalism, discretion, responsibility, and attention to detail have never felt like “premium extras” to me. They’re simply how this job should be done.
More than a decade ago, I was already working with ideas that have since become standard in premium real estate — exclusive representation, home staging, strategic preparation of a property for sale, and marketing built around understanding exactly who the right buyer is.
I’ve never believed in doing things just for the sake of doing them. I believe in having a strategy, understanding why we’re doing something, and following through. That’s what gets results.
My education in law, real estate valuation, and marketing strategy, together with my experience as a professional negotiator, gives me a broader perspective on every transaction. It helps me build the right strategy, spot potential problems early, negotiate effectively, and protect my client’s interests from our first conversation all the way through closing.
For many years, I’ve worked almost entirely through referrals and exclusive agreements. For me, that is still the best proof of trust. Because trust isn’t built on promises. It’s built over time — through the quality of your work, the responsibility you take, and the results you deliver.
